This extension adapter from Luxburg allows you to extend an HDMI signal over Ethernet CAT5e/6 up to 50m without any loss of the quality of a Full HD 1080p signal.
It uses single CAT5e/6 cables (SHIELDED CAT5e or CAT6 Cables are highly recommended) which is relatively cheap and widely available. It also allows to use already available Ethernet cables at home and in the offices.
Not only this allows to overpass the limitation of the HDMI cable transmission length, but it also adds flexibility which is very useful when doing cable management.
Additional HDMI output allows to split signal between two receivers.
